James came on board with Treescape® in October 2018 and within twelve months he and his team completely revamped our IT infrastructure, moved all 600 staff to office 365 and substantially improved our security position, out of sight.

This significant change was delivered within budget and without any business disruption. It has been a godsend as we navigate and communicate our way through the COVID-19 Pandemic.

James and his team prepare excellent scoping documents and business plans supporting projects, and Unisphere’s invoicing is always clear and well documented. In addition to the infrastructure upgrades, James developed a strategic ICT plan and systems architecture for Treescape®. He did so through close working relationships with me, our Executive team and our front-line staff. Our people respect him and his team enormously.

One of the key outcomes of our strategic ICT plan is a custom field service and geospatial ERP system, giving Treescape a significant competitive advantage for years to come. To date, we have successfully rolled out a number of the modules and are on track to deliver an MVP of this system by July 2020.
